Nadai Confort Hotel e Spa

We booked this hotel because we liked the look of the pool area but only got to enjoy it for about an hour during our four night stay due to the weather. It was lovely though although the sunbeds were extremely uncomfortable. Rooms were small, basic and a little tired. Breakfast buffet contained a vast choice but was not really to our taste. We had dinner in the restaurant twice and it was excellent. There is a strange bar area with a very limited choice of drinks and food which no one seems to use. The food and drink menu at the pool is much better and should be replicated in the inside bar. The surrounding area isn’t very attractive but it is easy to get taxis to both sides of the falls.

After a long day travelling we ordered room service and after an hour it was clear it had been forgotten and we were told it would be another 25 minutes so we cancelled it. To their credit they sent up complimentary soup and tea in an effort to put things right but it was annoying.

Muito agradável desde a recepção até o quarto. Muito organizado, colaboradores atenciosos, café da manhã delicioso.

Ainda em reformas. Estavam pintando o apartamento ao lado do nosso.

Quarto aconchegante. Café da manhã com muitas opções incluindo whey e lactase pra quem precisa. Espaço da piscina também é muito bom, comodidade de ter toalhas na piscina sem precisar levar do quarto. Recomendo.

No banheiro, tem um ar um pouco de velho, o chuveiro vazava um pouco no canto do box e tinham pontos de mofo nas bordas da janela, box e do nicho na parede. São detalhes mais pontuais, não chega a ser sujo, mas pelo nível do hotel, poderia não ter isso.
