The shuttle to and from the airport has been reliable and the bed is comfortable.

The place is clean but it feels dirty because the carpets are not. They are worn out and look gross. The breakfast offerings were minimal and pitiful.

La cama estaba perfecta,tiene instalaciones envejecidas pero es muy limpio! Y Miguel el conductor un caballero.. muy tranquilo!

Actitud de las personas en recepción no es empática ni amable, pensé que estaba en el lugar equivocado pero si pertenece a la cadena Wyndham, una falta enorme de responsabilidad con el bus de acercamiento al hotel/motel! Estuve comunicando con fecha anterior mi llegada y por ningún medio responden! 4 horas esperando en la zona especificada! Y no aceptaban el pago real de checkin adelantado que dispone booking.. eso fue inválido, nos cobraron directamente ellos y tienen un valor diferente! Deben mejorar el área de recepción y la apariencia de la recepcionista!
