"You can get FAR better for the same price near O'Hare"

The location was close to the airport and the shuttle was on time. The included breakfast was very good.

The rooms are literally falling apart or under construction I'm not sure. I woke up to ants in my bed. There were no overhead lights at all and the couple lights in the room were just dim table lamps, so after the sun goes down the room is no brighter than a nightlight. I get that this isn't the Waldorf, but It felt like a terrible roadside hotel not a $200+/night hotel. They also had no Coffeemaker in the room which is highly unusual for US hotels, I went back and checked the listing and it does specify Coffeemaker. I brought this up to the front desk and the guy just laughed and was like yeah we havent had coffeemakers for at least a year now.

"Traumatica"

Pase la peor experiencia que se pueda vivir en un país donde no hablas tu idioma llegue al hotel a las 12am venia en un vuelo de 12 horas y llegué y que sorpresa tan desagradable habían cancelado mi reserva porque según ellos le salía mi tarjeta de pago bloqueada que se comunicaron conmigo a las 3pm y como no les respondí eliminaron la reserva cuando yo le había colocado hora de llegada Viajaba sola y llegar y no encontrar habitación y salir a la madrugada a buscar otro hotel todos llenos colocando en riesgo mi vida les pedí que me dejaran quedar en la recepción mientras amanecía y me dijeron que no que tenía que abandonar el hotel

La falta de empatía en una hora peligrosa para cancelar mi reserva

"Overall a great stay."

Location was near Chicago O'Hare Airport and the hotel provided free shuttle servive to and from the airport. Room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was good too.
