This place is a dump, smells like itâs been closed and humid fir 200 years, the rug is filthy and just disgusting
Bedding/bed exceeded expectations. Bed comfort was on par with a 5-star hotel. Room was very clean, towels soft and staff was super friendly. Otherwise, the decor is a bit dated and hotel is no frills. If looking for a lower price, non-resort hotel in Key Largo - this is a great option.

Stayed at this property over memorial day weekend. Considering the price I paid (very high) the room was literally rotting. Mold, rust and even a broken room door were just the beginning. The entire property looks run down. The parking lot is an old, weedy tennis court. The front door was so broken you could see light coming through the crack in it and the bathroom was rotting apart. I would not recommend this property to anyone. If you are looking for a cheap, run down property at a premium price, then this is your place.

I reserved a room at The Key Largo Inn for my son, as a pit stop during his family's trip to the lower keys. Upon his arrival at around 7 pm, he phoned me exclaiming his disgust with the establishment's condition. I reminded him that the hotel's online advertisement boasted recent renovations, but he strongly disagreed, describing the place as dirty and resembling a student hostel or homeless shelter. The reservation was for a room with a king-sized bed, but the hotel wouldn't allow his kids in. To secure a larger room with a sofa bed and a king bed, they were asked to pay an extra $90 on top of the $230 already paid, despite the initial online price being $215. Unsatisfied with the room's condition, suspecting bedbugs, and encountering unfriendly staff, we eventually decided to switch to The Holiday Inn nearby which I booked through The alleged renovations at The Key Largo Inn turned out to be false, and the staff's behavior, including the owner laughing at my son's complaint, was unacceptable.
Horrible would be a mild word . The only two positives. Cheap and cold ac. That building should be condemned.
I enjoyed the location, staff, and the general area fot touristing.
The staff was very nice and friendly. Im not satisfied with the actual hotel because is old and it needs a lot of work. They need to remodel the rooms. The bathroom water faucet were dripping water and everything looked really old.
