The hotel is going through renovations. The lobby is unusable. The Noise from the street below is terrible even at 3am motorcycles go racing down the very busy street. The rooms are small ; the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location is very close to Old Town and the beach. But such a noisy street and no hotel restaurant or bar or lobby

Wonderful central location to the promenade, sea and old town. I found the beds and pillows very comfortable, but I’d recommend bringing your own toiletries. Free concerts could be loud in the park next door, but they’re over by 10pm when they’re on and I didn’t mind the music anyway! Very nice staff. Too bad they were still renovating the lobby but it looks like it will be very nice!

Amazing hotel due to its location, price, and most importantly, their staff. Everyone there was kind and welcoming to us, explained and answered all questions. Location is 100/10…you’re right down the street from the beach and from all the bars/restaurants. Walkable distance from practically everything (15 mins ) Good WiFi service and AC The hotel is literally next to a small convenient store and cafe so once you leave can pick up some drinks, sodas/pop, or coffee and be on with your day. Would recommend and come back

Great location close to Old Nice! Staff speaks English if that is important to you. Also had a room for 3 people which isn't always easy to find in European cities
