Neue, sehr sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Direkter Strandzugang. Sauberkeit perfekt.

Bei Ankunft wurde uns ein Zimmer gegeben, welches (obwohl ausdrücklich gebucht) keinen Balkon/Terasse hatte. Wir wechselten das Zimmer. Die Badtüre war in dem zweiteb Zimmer kaputt und Privatsphäre nicht möglich. Es gab trotz Rücksprache mit dem Guestmanager keine Möglichkeit als nochmals das Zimmer zu wechseln (einpacken wieder und alles auspacken wieder). Kein Angebot zum kostenlosen frühstücken oder ähnliches, geschweige denn dass die Türe innerhalb von insgesamt 4 Tagen Aufenthalt repariert wird. Danach wurde die Schuld auf uns als Gast geschoben, wir würden immer „nicht-stören“ hängen haben.
