Comfort Inn Denver West Arvada Station

Next time we'll ask to have a room on the back side of the hotel, not facing the interstate. Simply our ignorance. We were shocked when we checked in and the clerk said we'd be having $100 charged to us, and returned the when we checked out if we hadn't damaged or taken anything. There was nothing on the booking website to prepare us for that. When we checked out, I asked the young man to attend to it please. He told me it'd take a few days. I think that's tacky. We rarely travel. Having this clearly stated on the booking site would have been appreciated. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our visit.

Easy access to the highway

The management and ownership are terrible. When the water heater broke, no one called us to let us know. No one communicated to us what our options were. No one helped us book another hotel. Every time we called the front desk, we were just lied to time and time again about the expected repair time frame. Hot water was out from Thursday thru late Saturday. This is unacceptable. We were not helped and not adequately compensated. I will not stay at a Comfort Inn again. There are too many choices in this hospitality industry. Had they been helpful and honest, I would have moved across the parking lot to the Holiday Inn Express. How do they expect business people to not shower for 3 days? Or anyone for that matter? No one has responded to my emails--not the management, not the owner, and not Choice Hotels. When I spoke to the manager, she told me to "take it up with your credit card company." How is my form of payment responsible for their failure to provide stated and expected services, i.e. hot water for showers?

THE BREAKFAST - was amazing and had variety of good, clean, hot food. The check in staff was very helpful.

Check out staff left was not as accomodating in terms of assistance. Printiing a receipt.

its close to a park if you have dogs, rooms clean, and the staff were nice.

Old feeling and dirty overall. Not the room itself just aged.
