Best Inn

This place is a dump and I would not recommend it to anyone. I did not stay the night because it was so bad.

Wellsville area is nice.

The room smelled like sewage! My bed was supposed to be queen size but it was a full. Room had very little lighting. There was food in the refrigerator from the previous patron. The floors were disgusting and dirty. When I addressed my concerns with the owner he refused to talk to me about them and implied that I was lying. I know it's a cheap room but don't take your chances!

I was told over and over online that my payment could not process so I showed up at the front desk and paid for a room that way then a couple hours later my debit card was charged to book a room. I never got a refund after speaking with management that was money I really did not have to spare and would of greatly appreciated a refund..

The room was freshly remodeled, bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were clean and functioned well. We would book again.

everything! And I am real easy to please lol. I don't expect luxury when I travel I just want a safe quiet place to relax. This is not that place. There are no restaurants close by or restaurants you literally have to get in your car and drive 10 to 15 minutes to get anywhere else. When you walk up to the property it looks like it used to be in America's Best value Inn and that they just crossed out the America and value part leaving Best Inn. It's clear to me that the owners of this motel just want your money and they don't care about your happiness or satisfaction. I went out of my way to book a specific smoking room at this hotel. I booked it directly on the website and it stated it is a smoking room. When I get there the guy tells me that none of their rooms are smoking but I can smoke outside. Since I smoke for a medical condition, and I have to be wary of my lungs, I have to smoke out of a bong because it filters the water and it makes it a lot smoother and less harsh. I can't smoke a blunt out on the green outside I can't be discreet or quiet about it I need a specific smoking room so I can relax without worrying about people looking at me. I saw that there was a large family of like 12 people sharing one room that looked filthy and I specifically asked if I can't smoke in the room please don't put me right next to this large family. What does the guy do he puts me right next to that large family. Everything along the walls all of the maintenance units and HVAC stuff have open holes very easy for bugs to get through. I didn't even sleep in the bed based on the reviews. I slept on the bed on top of a dirty old blanket that I didn't care about that I put in for my car. Then the parking lot is all dirt there's like 20 potholes on the way out one of my cars tires got a flat and I had to spend an extra 3 hours in town trying to find someone to fix it or patch it up!!! Honestly booking.

The little Cat I’ve named Chimken, she/he is a sweetheart, other than that this motel is crap. Don’t waste your time or money.

The rooms aren’t clean, there’s no heat in the rooms, they MAY provide a small space heater if they like you enough. There’s a big crack from the door to floor that is very breezy…..
