Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Nashville Airport East, TN

We were in Nashville for a holiday and had 1 hotel downtown booked and we decided to book a second hotel out near the lake for a different scene. We didn't realise you really need a car to get around and view all the areas, we relied on Ubers. That's on us for not doing enough research. Location is good, near to airport and to Opry Mills and Hermitage area. Hotel is dated though. Bed was good though. Breakfast is just ok. More options of fruit and less sugary items would have been preferred. Value was ok. I paid the same per night for a hotel downtown so was slightly disappointed. I think this hotel is more suited for a night only stay when you need to be near airport. We used the laundry room, all good. Didn't use the gym room. No pool this time of year. Staff; initially a bit cold when we arrived before check in and I asked could we leave our luggage so we could explore. I had already contacted the hotel via the 3rd party app I used for booking and was told this was fine but on arrival the lady at the desk wasn't very helpful. The same lady was there the next day and was a lot friendlier so maybe we caught her at a bad time? Overall ok stay

We made it to the hotel well before check in. The front desk worker, Marquesia, went above and beyond to help us store our luggage until she could get us into a room early. It made a huge difference in our day because we had an event to attend that afternoon.

Comfy beds , amazing smelling shampoo and conditioner:body wash. Nice staff .

Our room had a leak that put a lot of moisture in the air, but it was a nice stay
