Rooms were very spacious, the pool is lovely, breakfast is very good and worth it.

It’s a little outdated for the price. I’m surprised at how expensive the room was considering how old the hotel is.

Petit déjeuner très copieux. Personnel très gentil, très souriant et qui fait l effort de parler français. Chambre agréable.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the water front with a good sized pool and beautiful garden. The room sizes are good and the view from the balcony is spectacular. The shower has good power and all the toiletries you need. The fitness room is well equipped. The restaurant food is excellent quality and selection, with very good local wines. However I cannot give this a 5 star review because I booked the hotel as it has a hamman and massage service. I enquired through Expedia message about the massage services and was told ‘don’t worry you can book when you arrive’. I arrived at 1pm and was told the massage was fully booked for the whole day but there was availability the next day at 1pm or 7pm, I said thats during lunch or dinner. She then called another therapist to come the next day at 6pm. I asked to book the hamman for the hour before my massage and she said ‘yes that’s all booked for you’. I returned early from the beach the next day to go to the hamman before my massage but I was told ‘sorry it has already been booked’. I said that’s not possible as I booked it and was told ‘you must have misunderstood’. She then called 10 minutes before my massage to say it was available, which was pointless. The room was advertised as a double but it was in fact two single beds pushed together with very uncomfortable single mattresses. When I complained the receptionist looked surprised and said ‘oh you did not request this? She took the two bottles of water off my tab, which considering there should have been a fresh bottle each day free but there wasn’t, I don’t think it’s a far enough gesture considering I didn’t get to relax in the hamman and I woke up with a sore back from being in the crack of the two beds. It’s a shame as I would have like to recommend this hotel but it didn’t feel like they cared about customer service.
