Property highly safe but disappointed with roach in shower area never heard back from management and I was on the 6th floor

The only really uncomfortable issue with the hotel is that it is pretty old/dated the carpet smells and the air conditioning is good enough except that there is so much humidity that the bedding always feels damp - get a dehumidifier installed and it won't be so smelly or damp.
