"Freezing Conditions."

Not a nice/safe area of town to walk to destinations. The hotel had no heat and no hot water. February in San Fran is quite chilly so I slept in layers because I was so cold. No extra blankets available. Got a small mini space heater second night but it was still freezing. When asked about the heat, I was told it’s been out for a while and they’re fixing it. This information should have been made available on the website or emailed prior to so guests can make an informed decision for their stay. After spending all day in the chilly weather, I was looking forward to a hot shower. There was no hot water and water pressure was awful. Do not recommend.

Everything was great price was amazing. Staff was great location terrific. The cable car drops off right at the doors

The bed was hard and uncomfortable and it does move from the wheels. I fell off at one point.

Very nice property for the price! We stayed for 3 nights and it was great! The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and staff was welcoming and very nice. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm but we arrived early, around 12pm and we got super lucky and were able to check in early so that was so great! The location is also great! The bus stop is right in front and it takes you to the main touristy area! Would reccomend to anyone who is looking for a nice affordable and comfortable stay!

the pictures on expedia looked nice but they must have been old pics. the place needed paint etc it was shabby. my tv got one channel the old fashioned radiator didn't work and sometimes it got really cold room was really small. elevator was the cage kind from the 1930's.

Elevator and Heater were all ancient and never working, had to walk all the way downstairs for a blanket, way too noisy outside the hotel. Overall kind staff, but awful environment
