事前にオンラインチェックインを完了しているのにも関わらず、システムエラーでレセプションで30分待たされた。あげく手配されたカードキーで開けた部屋には他の滞在者がいて危うく不法侵入で逮捕されるところだった。レセプションに事情を説明するも更に15分待たされたあげく、ワンドリンクのバウチャーをお詫びにと渡された。しかし既に11PM、かつ翌朝は4AMにホテルを出ることを伝えているのにワンドリンクを渡されても使う理由がない。空港での一時的な滞在だからとホテル選びを適当に行ったために非常に危険かつ不快な滞在となった。二度と選ぶことはない。

The reception area staff support was nice when i arrived tired. The black lady answered all my questions and even offered to assist booking the morning taxi to the airport on the app in the reception area.

Restaurant menu choice was limited with respect to fish and salad choices
