The only positive I can come up with is that I walked to the motel from 24th Street Sky Train Station so if you're in transit and on a tight budget this accommodation would work for you.

I read the reviews and thought, well, I'll still give it a shot. I can walk from the airport. Checking in. 'Thank you for the key, what is the wi-fi password please?'. Answer "wi-fi not working today". Okay.. Cigarette burns in the bedding. Bathroom just about acceptable. Some lights not working. As others had said plane noise until around 1.00am then just loud arrivals people shouting in the carpark. If you like the sound of American train hooters close up at night you'll love this place.

Small clean comfortable room. Fair water pressure. Basic towel and bar soap. Friendly staff.

Too close to runway and railroad. Only break from all the noise was between 2 AM and 5 AM. Also my prepaid reservation was not in their computer system. When I tried to cancel the reservation before the deadline, the app just told me "something went wrong " every time I hit submit. So with my reservation not in the hotel system I had to pay again for a room to stay in. Sounds like a scam to me. Their Wifi not working during my stay.
