"Prima hotel, prima prijs en zeer goed restaurant"

Dit hotel is een prima doorreishotel. Gastvrij, prima restaurant en grote kamers.

Tijdens ons verblijf was het zeer heet. Daar kon het hotel natuurlijk niets aan doen maar een airco in restaurant en kamer is dan wel heel lekker.

"Enttäuschend"

Von 4 Liften hat nur einer funktioniert, auch nach 1 Woche wurde hierbei keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Der eine Lift wurde von Reinigungspersonal und allen Bewohnern aller Stockwerken genutzt, weshalb teilweise äußerst lange Wartezeiten erforderlich waren - bei 10 Stockwerken nicht verwunderlich. Auf die Nachfrage, warum die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht funktioniere, wurde leider nicht weiter eingegangen und lediglich angegeben, sie sei kaputt. Ein gebrechlicher Ventilator war zwar im Zimmer, jedoch bot er keinen wesentlichen Nutzen. Die Teppichböden im Zimmer waren leider sehr staubig und das Badezimmer entsprach nicht den Vorstellungen. Auf mein Ersuchen nach Zimmerreinigung um 14 Uhr wurde erst nicht eingegangen, da zunächst die Check-out Zimmer gereinigt würden. Da ich kein Duschgel mehr zur Verfügung hatte, hätte ich auch einfach um Handtuch und Duschgel ersucht. Zwar wurde die Reinigung sonach dankenswerterweise organisiert, jedoch fand ich den Umgang mit meinem Anliegen leider nicht professionell und bei einem Zimmerpreis von 200€/Nacht sollte man durchaus mehr Service erwarten dürfen - geschweige denn eine Kompensation, wenn einige Einrichtungen wie Lift und Klimaanlage nicht funktionieren. Leider kann ich daher keine gute Bewertung abgeben.
