The location was excellent, we could walk every where. Carlos the manager was of great assistance, he gave us recommendations for restaurants, and what to visit during our stay.

The location of our room, too close to the dining room, but otherwise great and comfortable.

Loved this hotel, quiet in spite of being in a busy area. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was large with all the amenities one would wish for. Great location; walking distance to everything and to public transportation.

Excellent location close to the palace square, shops, restaurants and entertainment. The room was attractive with a balcony. Breakfast was good with an adequate variety of options.

The hotel cannot be accessed directly by the taxis. The taxi dropped us off around the corner from the hotel, which meant dragging heavy suitcases to the hotel. While it’s not a long distance it is very inconvenient. This should have been made clear when booking. Seating and decor of the lobby area could be improvised. It’s not very welcoming.
