Unhelpful staff and getting ripped off

The room smelt like wet dog.

The rooms were clean, the staff was nice it was a good value for the money.

Breakfast was good - love the waffle station! Everything was neat, clean, and well-stocked. More fresh fruit options would be a nice add.

Missed an ice machine on every floor... it added extra steps to go down to the lobby & get ice for sore muscles when we were already tired and achy from long workdays on our feet.

We didn't have breakfast it was already done by the time we came down. That the room was clean and neat. Thank goodness no carpet anymore. The front desk person was very friendly.

We were placed near the elevator and were not told that there was a group on our floor. They were entering and exiting rooms all night past 2 a.m. Talking loudly in the halls and in the elevator "lobby". Running up and down the halls. It would have been nice for staff to address this without us having to say something with getting no resolution. We had little sleep. We arrived at the facility close to 11 pm and expected most people to be sleeping already. There were people still using the pool as well. If there is a group on a floor book and room other guests on a different floor.
