We waited at the front desk for half hour before associate showed up. She looked like she just woke up. Was rude that she had to help us.

Traveling with a family, the room was just up the stairs, which was nice. The room fit us comfortably, and the family enjoyed the indoor pool. If you're just here for a spot to stay overnight and head out, this is a good option as it's right next to a couple of fast food joints, gas stations, and the freeway.

Our room had peeling floor trim, breakfast was very light on options, no elevator to get to upper floors, key cards had to be scanned multiple times usually to work, discoloration on the ceiling in the bathroom, parking stalls were a little tight for a large family vehicle and there were spots that had been missed while cleaning.

The staff wasn't that too friendly.

Room was comfortable and clean. Push the window curtains blocked out. The light better and to use.Uh, hanger clips, it's too close known to make it darker

I had a lot of trouble with the keys. Breakfast was doable. Pillows were too thick.

It was ok for the price.

They gave us a ADA room. When we asked to be reassigned they could not accommodate. It had an exterior door that daylight came thru and had a huge gap at the floor level. Room has had multiple repairs by a backyard handyman who clearly did things the cheapest way possible. Bed was not level and head-downhill. Plus very uncomfortable. For the money they charged per night, I expect a lot more. Horrible staff experience and terrible property. Would not recommend.

Great location and room was very comfortable.

The sink seemed to be nearly plugged which I reported when I checked out. Continental breakfast pretty limited. A channel guide in the room would have been helpful also.

It says no pets but they have a dog at the front desk. Some of the rooms smell musky.
