In the bathroom doesn't have shampoo

The place almost looked abandon there were weeds everywhere the outside was not matained at all when intering our room the tub had dirt rings around the inside .you had to flush the toilet three times to empty it completely the fridge was stained yellow on the inside from being so old and rust could not find any thermostat to control the temp in the room opened our window and it looked like a dump in the back yard of it no signs for directions no vending or ice machines mold in the bathroom also

Upon arrival, the parking lot is full of transients/homeless people. It’s 7:00 on a Friday night and a biker gang is having a party that lasted the entire weekend… to gain access to our room (adjacent building and 2nd floor) we are greated by 2 people sitting in the “common area” (old dirty park table), the gentleman has no shirt and no shoes or socks on. The female barely had him beat with cam only be described as a few filthy scrapes of what might have been a shirt at one time. The 1st word I hear from them is, I really hate them (N - word). Just to make sure the lady sitting 2 feet from him heard properly he raised his voice and said it again. As for the hotel itself. $311 for 2 nights is $300 too much for this dive. Room was dirty. There were unidentified stains on the sitting chairs, everything was dusty, shower looked as if someone had recently used it, oh yea, THE PLACE WAS FULL OF BUGS. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER. next time I’ll sleep in my truck before going to a place like this. Absolutely disgusting.

Our room is disgusting- for $167 a night this is ridiculous. So dirty,asked them to clean it while we are gone at my sons baseball game instead of switching rooms bc we did not have time. We expected at least clean.

It was 103 degrees and they did not have anything turned on in the room. It was so hot we could not stay in the room we had to turn the air on and leave for a few hours so it was tolerable. Fridge was not plugged in so we could not put our leftover food in the fridge till it cooled. Water in the toilet was not running either my husband had to get it to work. I think k they were trying to save money. I will never stay there again

The staff, especially the housekeeping crew and front desk personal. Room was very comfy especially the bed, so nice and soft that we fell asleep real fast and slept soundly even tho roadway was real close to room.

We could not sleep in that hotel, we were very disappointed, very dirty and really a lack of respect for the price and time of the client, offering such a disgusting and dirty room.
