El Aire acondicionado no funciona bien.

The people in the front desk was really nice and polite

Beds were shoddy, outdated room. Door was so hard to open my wife hurt her shoulder. Could’ve given us a better room but I guess because we used Expedia they weren’t as accomadating

The toilet in room 111 was not secured to the floor . Or just put silicone caulking around the base . You already know this parking lot needs to be redone . Everything else was great . Thank you .

Friendly staff. Accommodations were fine for a 1 night stay. The mini fridge was unplugged so it served no purpose for my later arrival time.

There is nothing about this hotel I like them fortunately, it was very filthy dirty the bathroom was clogged. There was somebody else’s hair on the toilet. The floors were so uncapped and filthy. I had to throw away my socks – just a few things to start.

From the get-go the front lady was extremely rude she did not work I went to her and I stayed here however if I do I come with me having said that the room and accommodations were filthy this place should be closed down I have photos and I would reply she charge me extra for my service dog service dog on TikTok and I have papers again the room is it disgusting I never seen a hotel so underrated and gross this is the worst hotel ever seen and I always see a Holiday Inn expresses and they are top notch and they’re only 120 a night not 179 per night plus extra for my service dog having said that I would never recommend this hotel to anybody it was less than standard of hygienic for any one person the window did not lock nor closed which I stayed up all night because I was right someone was going to climb in my window in the middle of the night I have been driving for 13 hours this day I just had to rush over by me no amenities that are good or safe for hygiene and for help and safety issues I would request a full refund I’ll be reporting this hotel for Better Business Bureau and have it shut down for a filthy mess and I’m cleanliness and I’m not up to standards to any hotel whatsoever even

Ice machine and close to HWY

Rude front desk staff, uncomfortable beds, A/C unit wouldn’t turn to A/C cool, bathroom was dirty and bathroom vent wouldn’t turn on to ventilate, Overfilled trash dumpster.
