Ellis Island Hotel

Will come back after updates complete. Food good to excellent, beer may be best in vegas. Haven't found better.

Great location, friendly staff, if you want to be very close to The Strip and only care about having a place to sleep and shower (no fancy amenities), this is probably the most cost-effective option. Very clean, but the pillows are not comfortable though.

Great location! Walkable to so many places including the Sphere. Great choices for food and drinks plus the casino.

It was okay The hotel could use a redo.

There were only two staff members at the check-in desk, making for a lengthy wait. The staff members were knowledgable, friendly, and courteous. The room was clean, and there were enough pillows and towels. The toilet seat was loose, however, and shifted when one shifted their weight to get toilet paper. For many people, myself included, this can cause aggrivation or injury to back, neck, hips, etc...A guest laundry would be welcome. Construction was taking place during our stay, although we weren't bothered by any construction noise. It did make for some unsightliness and detours, though.

The casino is under major renovations

I recently stayed at Ellis Island and would rate my experience a solid 3 stars. The accommodations were not very modern, which might appeal to some for its historical charm, but it lacked certain conveniences that I find essential. Notably, there was no blow dryer provided, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, while the stay had its unique aspects, the lack of modern amenities affected my comfort.
