Stone Inn Extended Stay U of A

The place was sold out and a huge family and friendss group were there with well over 15 kids running and screaming until after 11pm - they left debris all over - place looked like a trash yard in the morning after they left for the day.

Disgusting I can’t believe you promote such crap. 3d world building. Dirty, stained towels,tv or internet non working. I want my money back. I had just checked out of the hospital. Shame on you. I want my money back.

The room was filthy...I happened to check under the beds to make sure we didn't have anything go under there and oh my, it was awful. Bathroom was dirty. There were not enough hand towels. There was no ice available (covid, according to the owner). I have stayed in many hotels during Covid and ALL had ice available. I also had to ask for plastic cups and the guy actually looked at me like....why? I need them for medicine...just give me the cups! Thankfully, this is the LAST hotel stay in Tucson as we were there to help our youngest move into his new home. I will not stay at this hotel again!

The owner is amazing. Very kind and helpful. The motel itself is a little rundown. But it was clean inside the room. I loved having a little fridge and microwave, as well as a small table & chair set.

Ice machine broken. In-room Microwave broken. Soaps were useless. Wifi so slow as to be unusable. Didn't honor my reservation room-type or check-out time.

The motel was clean but no coffee maker. Door chain would also help in providing extra sense of security. The restroom were well stocked and clean. Overall, I would give it a 4 star. The staff or owner is kind and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

I liked that it was very quiet and not a lot of people Going in and out of their rooms. My room looked like it needed some repairs in some places but overall was ok to staying for the night while traveling through state.

Very adequate. I slept well

Just very faded motel. Mostly clean, but some necessities missing (like regular towel changes). Peeling wall paper & toilet seat can see through the paint in places). Area a bit iffy. So..I won’t be going back.

My number one problem was having someone walk into my room because the doors don't lock properly. Speaking with the staff it became obvious that they knew that the door locks don't work properly and do nothing to repair or warn customers
