That at booking I was not told about having to arrive earlier than regular check in time (did not accommodate).

The location close to 4th Ave

The rooms were dirty blankets had holes and the outside so many crackheads

Very nice hotel for a short stay. The disappointment was that their ice machine wasn’t working so I had to buy a bag.

It is highly unlikely that I will be returning to this establishment. Upon entering my room, I discovered that the temperature had reached at least 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Every time I exited the room, I encountered a group of individuals strung out on God knows what. and harassing me for a cigarette, as well bothering my service animal. Furthermore, the property imposed a deposit fee for my service animal, which constitutes a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
