Super 8 by Wyndham Twinsburg/Cleveland Area

Came out of there with bug bites to arms and legs. Also lights over the bed didn't work

We rented 7 rooms. The check in process took over half an hour. When we got to our rooms the toilet seat had fallen off and was laying on the floor, the door locks were broken, the sheets had blood and cigarette burns in them. There were no smoking signs everywhere but it smelled of smoke. When you walk into the lobby you get a contact high from people smoking joints. Not a family friendly place at all!!

Rooms where out dated, my room door did not close properly and I had someone attempt to walk into my room at 4 am. Furniture was old, bed sheets had cigarette burns. I would never recommend anyone to stay there nor will I ever return. Oh and the free breakfast was just coffee and dry cereal.

There was so much mold all over the walls, dust, dirt, and cigarette burns in the linens.

Sheets were dirty and filthy. Room smelled terrible. Carpet was dirty. A pathetic experience.

When the kids and I went into the room it was not clean, the bed spread had a huge stain and there was bugs crawling on the bed and the floor ( it appears to be cockroaches)! Needless to say we did not stay!!! When we went to another hotel the clerk mentioned that she had heard that from other folks that ran into the situation. To be fair the clerk offered another room, however after what my family and I saw we did not take the other room due to being really creeped out and uncomfortable with the environment. I would like my money back as I had to pay for another.

I participated in the Pan-American Games in Cleveland. The competition was started very early in the mornings, and I needed breakfast at 6am. They had only cereal, milk and coffee. I had to find alternative solution. Either they need to provide at least continental breakfast with some proteins or remove this false statement from the advertisement.

Stick floors and broken curtains. A lamp with an obvious short in the cord. Sink looked about to fall off the wall. Some scary tenants that looked long term. Only stayed one night and moved to another hotel

Old needs upgrade don't have a full safe staff to keep the place clean and garbage g was all on the ground outside of the hotel and refrigerator was full of just ice tub had hair in it and carpet needed vacuum ketchup on the cabinets.

Refrigerator was not clean and had a musty odor to the room but was cheap and convenient
