"A good first night in canada after a long flight."

The breakfast was help yourself and there was a good choice. Location was great for the early ferry and staff rang a taxi for us. The food next door was excellent too.

A bit of noise from traffic.

"Good. Could be great."

Stayed for two vists of one night each in April 2026. Front check-in staff are awesome. Efficient, friendly and great. The underground, secure parking is also a huge plus to this hotel. Proximity to both the Ferry and to YVR is also a big advantage. Both rooms we had were on the 3rd floor and were very quiet. They were huge-with separate living rooms. Really lovely. The beds were also fairly new and comfortable. The walk-in showers had only half glass enclosures and we found the entire bathroom including the toilet got soaked when using the shower. Not a great design. The sinks were outside the shower and toilet room and we appreciated that design element. The cleanliness of both rooms was good as in acceptable but they were not spotless. Dust was evident on baseboards and bathroom fixtures. Maybe a small thing but I really appreciate a super clean room/hotel. Nevertheless, the hotel all in all is very nice and we will definitely stay again. The hotel is attached to a Browns Social House restaurant and very close to a bunch of other restaurants in Tsawwassen proper and at the Tsawwassen Mills Mall.

Looks clean and nice

We chose this hotel because of the pool and the positive reviews, so it was very disappointing to find out that there is actually no pool, even though it is shown in the photos. This was one of the main reasons we booked the place. Unfortunately, this experience taught me that it’s better to call the hotel directly and confirm such details before making a reservation.

"A very pleasant experience all around!"

The front desk woman was exceptionally nice! Very knowledgeable about the town, helped us find a place for dinner, explained parking and even gave us cookies! Very pleasant experience!

Honestly it was perfect! I’ve been telling my friends what a nice time we had there and we decided we will stay here in future!
