"Customer service needs assistance."

We had to cancel and that experience was AWFUL. Took me a month to get my money back and even then I only got half of it and I paid extra for cancellation insurance! Our basketball team that did stay said there were roaches in the lobby and holes in the walls in their rooms.

Cleanliness was not good according to our coaches and staff.

"We would probably stay again while visiting the area but hopefully without the barking problem."

Staff was very nice and friendly during check in.

dining area has a very small space with tables that was wheelchair/handicap accessible but was always occupied during the meal time. there was another seating area that had steps down so we were not able to access that area with a walker. Room across from us had a large dog that barked constantly . Hallway area had an odor like pet urine.
