It was a little cheap and the juice machine wasn't working

I expected 2 tvs with one in the bedroom but it was taken out and there was only one in the sitting room of the room river suite I was very dissatisfied with that

I contacted booking about the wrong style room being assigned and needed a full refund and you have yet to follow up. The bed had mold and rust on the mattress. Changed rooms and the room did not have a smoke detector in it. All of these are health and fire code violations.

It was quiet and no kids running up and down the halls screaming

The hot tub could use some work

The staff was friendly

I booked a jacuzzi room and was unable to use the jacuzzi because it leaked to the floor below. They offered a refund but said that I needed to go through booking.com to receive my money back. I dont see an option for that on the app.

Location across from Kwik Trip and next to Restaurants

Staff was accommodating moving us to 3 rooms that were dirty, the 3 rd room they moved us to was supposed to be an upgrade had a hot tub, n we had to pay 15 dollars more to keep that room,which it was 85 dollars anyway so we never got any compensation for the rooms being dirty, n this was the 2 nd time this has happened,😑the morning gentleman,was the same man from our last visit w a dirty room, so this time he gave us r 15 dollars back, Hot Tub never works eather, very Sad !!!!!
