Het personeel was wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We zijn heel goed geholpen met vragen en weetjes over Monaco door een zeer aardige meneer Majid van de receptie.

De uitstraling van het hotel is zeer gedateerd en dat zie je niet terug op de foto's tijdens de booking. Zowel badkamer, toilet en slaapkamer ogen niet schoon en fris. vieze kitranden los zittend behang, fineerwerk dat door vocht los laat. Kamer heel minimalistisch ingericht en een airco dat heel veel herrie maakt. Eer hangt een muffe geur. Gelukkig was het bed wel zeer comfortabel. Op zich prima voor een nachtje maar niet voor zoveel geld wat ervoor gevraagd wordt.
