Rooms are dirty and smells bad

Was place in the basement. No remote for tv. No lock on door did not feel safe. Rt next To exit door

Nothing it was the worst stay i had. The room carpet was so dirty, the hallway smell smoking. For $165 that was not worth it

Smoke, prostitution, I didn’t want a smoking room, no breakfast.

We booked this hotel, in part, because of the advertised free breakfast. The first morning we headed to the lobby to ask about the breakfast and we were told that Burger King was the closest option and that the advertised free breakfast was the fault of Expedia and other 3rd party vendors who hadn't taken it down. They said they haven't had breakfast since the pandemic. So the blame is on Expedia? No. Their own building has a sign on it advertising free breakfast to this day.

The room was clean.

At 2 in the morning they were great. Even offered in the future for me to save on the Uber and free shuttle
