Super 8 by Wyndham Rayville

I understand there were new owners and they have a long way to go before it will be a decent place to stay, I will say this, the roo,s were clean and freshly painted but that is some of the worst workmanship I've ever seen. The first room they put us in we got locked out and they had to force the door open so we could get our clothes and luggege so we could move to snother room. That door had a problem trying to open it but we finally figured out how to manipulate the key card to get it open, the AC didn't want to work, the beds and chair were not comfortable, the refridgerator freezer compartment would fall out when you opened the door, the toilet handle was so loose it would almost come off in your hand. Believe me when I say I would have gone to another motel had there been a room available. That was my only and my last time to book a room there.

I did not stay. The conditions were the worst I have ever seen. Bedspreads, towels everything was filfy disgusting. I could go on and on but I can’t waste anymore of my time on this matter. I’ll have to spend enough time getting my money back. The health board should shut them down. I ended up having to drive all the way home without a stop. I slept in my truck. It was just horrible.

Most things worked. TV was out.

Don’t do smoking room tv doesn’t work, asked multiple times the front desk lady wouldn’t fix it. Re done my reservation for a Monday night the new front desk lady helped and was better. The Sunday night lady sat and just lied about it and wouldn’t help.

I have never stayed in a worse place. I ended up checking out after not even an hour. While checking in, it was a question if I was even going to get a room, apparently Expedia has rooms listed that the hotel doesn't have available anymore. Ended up getting a room. Walked in the room and it was bad from the start. One bed was broken. The linens were dirty, mold on the roof in the shower. The bed spreads had cigarette burns and other stains. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. Other questionable stains and thick gunk on the floor. The door looks like it has seen some stuff. Broken off in pieces.

It was okay but the room service people was rude

The rooms where not in the best of shape and we had to be moved to 3 times before we got a good room. The first room was horrible and then they stuck me and my husband in a room with a small bed and had holes in the walls. Then they moved us again to a room that was a lot better.

No hot water in the sink, blanket and comforter dirty with stain, bathroom toilet dirty and floor, refrigerator door was broken

Black mold all around corners of tub and carpet smelled like moldy feet

Terrible. Infested with roaches
