The external was very clean and cool. The location is good 👍 the TV entertainment was equally good.

The carpets and general areas for example the lift and the reception were not well kept. The breakfast was barely satisfactory. The rooms were painted in very dark ash colours which was boring and depressing; cooler colours could be used or even white. There was just one staff on duty per time so he couldn't support in the rooms when needed. The rug in the central alley way and the staircase were dirty making the place stuffy.

"There is no pool open"

Great location in walking distance to everything you need .

being lied to that the pool was open. This is 4 times they lied about the pool being open twice under maintance and twice open but so cold and filthy i can't believe they would even let anyone in it

"Ok but disappointing"

Location used to be better. I've stayed her multiple times in the past while visiting family before covid. Before covid it was good. Now first time back since covid the building needs work. Ceiling water stains fridgerator ran all night that sounds like a sink faucet. Room ok but bare minimum felt cheap . I checked in around 430 pm and left by 8 it was that bed breakfast only coffee juice SM muffin and cold cereal really has changed.music played below us late past 10 pm complained in the morning and the front desk staff didn't care. And I booked it to pay on site $114 and when I got there they wanted another $40.00 just wish I would have known that before hand.
