Super 8 by Wyndham Joliet I-55 N/Chicago

Had to switch rooms bc the AC was leaking but they got us a new one right away no issue

Location and price were alright

It's not the worst crack motel I have stopped at. It appears a lot of rooms are used for long term rental. People arguing and fighting in hallways. Pool was cloudy and deck area appears very stained. Free breakfast was very limited... Almost non-existent. No curtains on the window just a shade, so room very bright as soon as sun was up. Almost forgot, very low water pressure

It's gone down hill since front desk clerk/Manager Judy left after selling her home. The guests aren't the same caliber they once were. This will be my last stay here. There are shady activities taking place after dark, my room was knocked on for several days after midnight, very scary!

I like the staff was very nice specially norma the cleaning lady I think that's her name

I didn't like breakfast was really nothing & our key card kept going out other then that everything was great

First what I made reservations for room was not ready when I got my room it was dirty bed was had to call have him come look at bed they gave another room it was loud on floor as well did not take anything off room I paid in full never again

A lot of other guests slamming doors through out the day and outside of the building a lot of seems drug addicts and homeless people. Breakfast did not sit well with a couple of us in my party.

Dirtiest room iv ever had. Cigarette holes in blankets the whole 9 yard.

The staff was nice and helpful, however, my keys never worked, i had to keep going to the front desk for new keys everyday. Their breakfast consisted of cereal and toast, no fruit, nothing healthy. My room was never cleaned, towels never refreshed unless i went and asked at the front desk. Nothing was as pictured on the site. It seemed like it was more of a place where people go to live rather than a stayover hotel. I ended up leaving early and not staying the duration i intended.
