We had a wonderful stay, everything was beautiful, super clean, and the facilities were excellent, especially the indoor pool which the kids loved. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, and the service was outstanding. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. As we stayed over Christmas, the extra touches really made it special: a stocking with goodies for the kids and mince pies waiting in our room. It was a truly special Christmas break for our family.

While a wonderful experience overall—excellent ambiance and impeccable service—our stay was impacted by a company Christmas event that created significant noise and disturbance late into the night. This made it difficult to enjoy the quiet family time we had hoped for.

la chambre était magnifique avec un lit immense et une décoration faite avec gout. La salle de bain était luxueuse et propre. Le buffet du petit déjeuner incroyable et de qualité.

la seule remarque serait celle de l'indication de l'entrée de l'hôtel lorsque nous venons en voiture... ce n'est pas très explicite. Autrement tout était parfait.

A no-regrets experiece. Fantastic deluxe room overlooking the outdoor pools. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Decadent compimentary chocolate cake for my birthday. Indoor pool needs better access to people with special needs,but overall experience of peace and quiet is highly recommended. Well done Kempinski Gozo.
