Krásné místo, park a stáje s koňmi za hotýlkem. Vhodné pro rodinné výlety, setkání či oslavy.

Vybavení pokoje a zejmena koupelny by potřebovalo trochu údržby a drobné výměny. Např. sprchovací hlavice by mohla být funkční a baterie u umyvadla delší, aby se dalo normálně použivat.
