I would like to bring to your attention that the air conditioning unit was non-functional throughout the entirety of the night. Additionally, the unit experienced repeated interruptions, cutting off at frequent intervals without resolution.

Upon reporting this matter to a staff member the following morning, I was informed that neither compensation nor any corrective action would be taken. I find this response to be wholly inadequate and deeply unsatisfactory.

The beds and pillows were fluffy and comfortable. Very clean nice smelling sheets. I love the flooring vs. carpets too. Pet friendly. The windows have darkening blinds. Coffee in the lobby.

The location was loud at night due to the 3am pizza shop.(Our deluxe queen room was above it)The hallways and stairs are narrow.
