Howard Johnson by Wyndham Burlington

The new beds are a dream and the rooms are very quiet. The staff is amazing and very responsive to every little request. The indoor courtyard has so many fun things to do. We loved the mini putting green. This site is under new management and I can’t wait to come back and see all the upgrades and things this hotel has to offer next time we’re in town.

This place is night and day diff from when I stayed last. It was much cleaner than ever before and it seemed like, since prices were up a little, the sketchy element was gone and I didn't feel a little scared. It was quiet and comfortable and I enjoyed the pool with about 10 other people. A welcome respite after travel. Since I travel a lot, this place definitely hit my radar and I will stay again

On a whim, I stopped and met the brand-new owners who just purchased the hotel on April 1. The pool was heated (some of the reviews said it was cold) The rooms were clean and Kara took me back to show me my room to make sure everything was all right. The new owners told me that they are replacing the beds with some top-shelf ones, new linens, and reopening the other features like the bar, ball room and restaurant. The staff was very accommodating and around 10 the lights by the pool went out and it was quiet. The continental breakfast was like every other continental breakfast, but at least I wasn't hungry. I will def be back and hope to see all the pos changes the new owner told me about.
