El hotel es muy bonito, el buffet de desayuno variado y rico, las habitaciones amplias y muy comodas, solo las ventanas muy pequeñas, sin vistas a la ciudad, se siente un poco encerrado, el servicio de valet parking muy bueno, contrario a una de las recepcionistas(noche) que estaba platicando con unos jóvenes y no ponia atención a los huéspedes, los atendia apurada y moleata por interrumpirla en su charla
