El hotel es muy viejo, la comida del restaurante es horrible y de mala calidad , las habitaciones cuentan con camas viejas e incómodas , la alberca no tiene calefacción, además tiene una discoteca a lado del hotel súper escandalosa y el ruido no permite dormir

No quisieron facturar. No tienen controles del aire y la TV en la habitación, No contestan el WA oportunamente. Te cobran pedidos que no entregaron a tiempo.

El hotel está muy descuidado. El estacionamiento es pequeño y resulta peligroso porque tiene hoyos. La escalera que conduce al lobby desde el estacionamiento está sumamente sucia, se ve que no la limpian desde que la compraron hace muchos años. Cuando llegué a la habitación el baño estaba sucio, había cabellos en el suelo y la perilla de la puerta estaba en mal estado. Lo mismo la mirilla de la puerta principal. Fue un error guiarme por las fotos y escoger este hotel. Si puedes pagar algo mejor, hazlo. Yo me cambié de hotel de inmediato.

Está limpio, las habitaciones son amplias, para mi tiene una excelente ubicación. Les recomiendo remodelar o dar mantenimiento en la alberca y en el baño.
