"Great hotel!"

This is a good hotel, very conveniently located next to I-15 freeway, and a few shopping plazas around. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is great, has a good variety of food. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Mila at the front desk is fantastic!

Convenient and close to the freeway

I did not like how the font desk person explained how we had to pay for each vehicle overnight. I was never charged back in June 2026 and she said they have been charging for the past three years. I asked if I had to pay even if in the disabled parking and she said, "there is no VIP treatment." Rude!

Amy was amazing/awesome throughout our stay. Amy was friendly and welcoming when we checked in. She was also attentive to our needs. We stayed for one night at the hotel since it was only 5 minutes away from SDIA rink. My son needed to be at the ice rink by 6:15 am and the location of the hotel is very convenient. Unfortunately, I didn’t know breakfast didn’t open until 7 am. When she found out my son had a game before breakfast opens, she offered and prepared to go bag for us to ensure my son to have something to eat before his game. Now that’s excellent customer service right there! Thanks again Amy.

Hotel is right off the interstate and convenient for those who are travelling to the San Diego area. Lots of breakfast choices from the buffet. Hotel rooms is clean and looks exactly as advertised. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was great, a lot a lot protein. They also have a pancake machine for kids. Isabel was great and friendly and always took attention to any customer needs.
