El hotel Barceló nos dio un excelente servicio. Tienen buenas actividades en la alberca, gimnasio, la playa del hotel es accesible y con salvavidas, las áreas para desayuno y comida están bien ubicadas, pero el área de cena se siente un poco calurosa. Hay buena variedad de alimentos y también buena variedad de shows en las noches.

Simply a great getaway! Location Pool & beach & staff are wonderful! 4 time visiting. Only thing that could improve is check in information given regarding reservations several guest were confused including us that have been at different Barcelos! Staff was not too friendly at front desk. Possibly having an app to follow through the schedule. & change in the menu more variety for the buffet.

Overall was good. We had thought we upgraded to a premium suite but turns out we only upgraded to a premium lounge which was a bummer considering we were on our honeymoon and wanted to go all in. Also the hotel lacked air conditioning in the main lobby/dining area making it a hot and sweaty dining experience. I don’t think we would stay here again.

We paid for all inclusive. When we arrived they told us we had to pay extra in order to get a better quality food and beverage. Without paying that extra amount they only offered low quality food and beverage. Staff was unfriendly. They actually looked like not enjoying tyeir job. Staff just ignored the guests. We had to chase them all the time. Furniture looked old and smelled very bad. Amenities in the room were very low quality. I will never stay in that hotel again and I definitely don't recommend it.

My husband slipped with a slippery rug between beds No Dr on staff and it’s advertised 24 hr Dr I am a Nurse and was able to help my husband
