Hotel Misión Monterrey Centro Histórico

My reservation (paid 3 months in advance) was cancelled on the day of check-in, saying that they were full and could not kick out their guests (apparently paying for a room does not make me a guest). They would not accommodate me on another hotel and when asked where should I sleep the woman told me that it was my problem. I asked to speak with a manager and she transferred me to their call center where they told me the hotel was closed, not full. She told me they'd reimbursed me that same week but 2 weeks have passed and I have no money and they stopped responding. They don't have a phone or corporate that responds and takes accountability. This is plain and simple a scam.

La. Habitación no estaba muy limpia y solicite una toalla extra que nunca llegó, tuve que bajar por ella

Falta limpieza profunda especialmente en ventanas por dentro, al igual que las toallas requieren blanqueador.

I need a refund, there was no water available and no wifi, we couldn't shower or use the toilet, very bad service.

Aún que el hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación se encuentra muy deteriorado en general todo lo que de tecnología se trate real mente viejo una opción económica para dormir si vaas de entrada y salida si pero no como para una estancia prolongada el personal es atento pero el edificio si deja mucho que desear si de comodidad se trata

Durante la noche hubo mucho ruido de otros huéspedes, tardaba mucho en salir el agua caliente, no había cortina en el baño, la puerta que comunica a la otra habitación estaba abierta

Las toallas manchadas de sangre, rotas y ni siquiera estaban blancas ya; no tenían agua caliente, no tenían teléfono para comunicarte a recepción, el teléfono registrado no sirve, el wifi pésimo y las instalaciones están muy desgastadas y viejas. No deberían cobrar eso. Que pesimo Hotel!
