"Run-down electrical hazard"

The location.

The electrical outlets were loose. Plugs would not stay in. I wouldn't be surprised if an electrical fire broke out in a room one day. The TV kept losing its signal. This is not good during NCAA football playoffs. Old Indian man kept staring at me like I was up to something shady.
