It is a rundown motel. Did not feel safe there. Room smelled like cigarettes.

No breakfast included, but right next to McDonalds

It advertised breakfast but we were rudely told there was never breakfast when we called down. Odd location behind the parking lot of mcdonalds

The location was perfect - close to downtown and very convenient. Friendly and helpful staff.

Location

Staff was very helpful. When I checked in the day manager let me choose the same room I had last time. Later there was a minor issue with the TV and the night manager took care of it quickly by alerting maintenance who dealt with the issue in a timely manner. It was very nice for everyone to be so accommodating and not passing the issue off to someone else or later. Everyone was super nice about it and no attitude. I like staying here because of the value. It isn't a luxury hotel, nothing fancy. So it's priced appropriately. Although it may need some updating in the near future it works just fine for me. I don't need all the bells and whistles. It's clean, comfy and quiet. I feel safe here. Great employees.
