"Moderate, but they gave out my name to another family member, that’s private info."

Place was nice. Room smelled a bit musty. Breakfast area could be a bit cleaner. Only issue was after reservations where made about a week out from stay a family member called to confirm their reservations and the employee on the phone said (my name not hers) was has reservations there. Umm that is private information and should not be shared, which caused ruckus with another family member.

"Great Staff, lovely entryway."

The best thing about this hotel is your staff. The receptionist on my arrival was welcoming and conversational. She gave me some restaurant recommendations in case the continental breakfast wasn't sufficient. The entryway was beautiful and clean.

When I opened the door to the room it smelled musty and humid. The HVAC unit temperature was set at 62 but the room smelled bad. I thought if I turned on the heat it would burn off, but that was a worse smell. Definitely need to replace the unit or take it apart and clean it. I slept with the window open and the HVAC off.
