Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Clean room, extra of anything we needed was available.

I like that was close to my family members we were visiting.

I completed the stay in the App only to get ti location and privileged complete it again. It appears booking.com & the hotel were not on the same page. We didn't feel safe with the back door being unlocked the entire stay.

I chose the location for convenience.

I chose the location for my birthday. The room was noisy. The ceiling looked disgusting.

My room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it had a cigarette smoke smell present and then as I went to lay down more smoke came from the air vents. Possibly meaning the “smoking rooms” are too close to non-smoking hotel rooms! It was terrible!
