My bed wasn't made when i first checked in. The room smelled terrible and there was a used towel on the floor. And the waa mold on a biscuit when i tried having biscuits and gravey for breakfast. Other then all that it was great.

"Poor billing practices"

I booked two rooms and was charged for three. I’ve tried several avenues to obtain a refund but I’m getting nowhere. So frustrating! Also one of my family members found mouse droppings in the fold out couch when they went to use it! Disgusting!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and clean with great amenities. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was yummy with waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels, and more. Our only complain was being placed by a conference room where a group was meeting. There was a sliding glass door into that room from our room. While the glass was heavily frosted and had blinds, we still felt uncomfortable having it there. The hotel might want to wall that off sometime soon. Other than that minor complaint, everything was great!
