I wouldn’t take my children here

The water would change dramatically while showering and i had a lady yelling outside my room at 4:30 in the morning

The room was adequate for a good night's sleep before climbing Mt Elbert. We left early so I can't review the breakfast.

Farmington- place is in poor condition.

I really enjoyed my stay.

This is an awful last choice of a place to stay. Only stayed here because mountain hotels sell out almost every night and it was the only place to stay. You might think this hotel would be budget friendly—but they rake everyone for top dollar during the tourist seasons because they can. I paid over $200 a night for a very dated, run down room. The breakfast is nothing but basic. Rude front of house employees. The rooms are as clean as anyone could make a 1970’s hotel room. This is a last resort place to sleep—where you dread coming back to after a day out playing in the mountains, you almost can’t wait to get sleep/shower over with so you can get the heck out of there. Stay at Freight for the same price if you can.

They really jacked up the price to take advantage of the kids' race- about 100% jack up. The room is a very basic not bad not great motel room. $250 per night was robbery.

I went to an amazing wedding, but the motel was run down and my room smelled of cigarette smoke

The front desk guy was rude, talking on the phone while trying to book people in. The property itself needs a lot of work as it is run down

Have to make a phone call to get attendant to come to desk to check in. The "breakfast was make a waffle or eat a packet of some "purchased" item like Hostess donettes.
