Obviously an older property, but very clean. Excellent water pressure in the shower and sink. The staff was very nice, helpful, and seemed glad I was there.A friend of the night desk lady went so far as to loan me her own charging cube after I neglected to bring one with me. I returned it with my sincerest thanks! The bathroom grout and shower curtain were fresh and did not have a single speck of mold or mildew…a rarity in even much higher-priced hotels.

Missing a few modern features. Notably, lamp bases in newer hotels usually have built-in charging ports for mobile devices. It would have been nice to have had one in my room. The coffee in the small pot in my room was dismal and stale tasting, so I was really looking forward to having a decent cup in the lobby at 6:00. Turns out, that coffee was not much better. I am not a coffee snob but much prefer it not to taste like brown water. The bed linens could use an upgrade, and the mattress in my room needed to be replaced…so soft and light weight it slid around on the foundation.
