Everything was pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The shower was draining slowly, but the staff resolved the issue quickly when I asked.

I booked the room strictly on price and expected the worse. I was pleasantly shocked by how comfortable, and clean the rooms were.

clean rooms and bathrooms. Beds comfortable with good pillows. Wonderful front desk person who had a little checkin gift for us. Ice machines close to room. Quiet safe area. Good value

Well, the only issue with the room was that there were many plugs that did not work, therefore my wife could not properly use her heating pad for her bad back. However, the main person on sight did everything she could to attempt to fix the situation. She offered for us to move to another room, either in the morning or in the evening, by holding the other room all day if needed. In the end, we ran out of time in the morning and decided we wouldn't be coming back until late in the evening, so we declined the offer. All in all, she went way out of her way to help accommodate us, and we really appreciated it.

Just the plug issue mentioned above.
