"Never again!"

It was convenient with amenities as we were there for a concert. One stop shop.

Some of the staff we encountered didn’t know much about the entire facility. Apparently if you work the casino, you know nothing about the hotel. Our room was accommodating, but way over priced. $400 for a cramped 2 queen bed is a little ridiculous. Yeah we paid for the convenience, but will definitely take a different route next time.

Didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel

Rude check in clerk. I was inquiring about my Hilton Rewards card. She told me she couldn’t help me and go to the casino next door. They have absolutely nothing to do with Hilton.

"Get the billing system corrected on this situation."

Room was great.

We have been billed twice again for our room. We ordered two rooms on booking,com. We had one room and our friend had the second room. She paid for her room on her credit card and we paid on our credit card, But obviously, they did not see that each room had a different name from the booking. For the second year in a row, they billed us twice. I mentioned this when we checked in. I notified the desk about the double booking, but she said that booking.com did the billing as a third party. Booking.com does not deal with payments as is stated in their confirmation. Something is not working at the Hilton billing system to cause this. Very disappointed.

"Lovely addition to a beautiful area"

Really very nice! We stayed here with our entire travel team, as well as several other teams. Even with the construction going on outside our back window we had a wonderful stay. Didn’t bother us at all! Restaurant onsite has very nice service. Arcade and ax throwing were a favorite for the teens. Walkable to a fishing dock on the Mississippi River, fire pit, casino, arcade, didn’t leave us wanting for anything. I’d never been to Iowa, and you can tell their soil is rich. Everything is a beautiful green, and lush! Our championship win on the actual field of dreams was this icing on the cake. Hospitality was amazing in this area wherever we went. Nicely done!

"Bark bark …"

Rooms were clean and comfortable. But when I first checked in there were three dogs next door to my room that started barking. They were so loud you could hear them at the elevators. I was able to change rooms. I couldn’t get Hilton points because I booked thru a third party. Bummer
